Registration


2011-2012 Registration

All new and returning students must register for school. A specific date is set each year on the week before school resumes in August. Even if students were pre-registered at the end of the previous year, they must still go through the formal registration process in August.

ALL new and returning students must register.

Friday, August 5, 2011
  • 8:00am - 6:00pm - classrooms may not be open for visits due to other teacher responsibilities

    • Suntree Elementary families who are registering for the first time; whose lease has expired; or have had a change in residency since May 2011, are required to provide 2 FORMS OF DOCUMENTATION as proof of residency when you come in for Final Registration. Please understand that without these items we will not proceed with your child's registration.

    One of the items must be:
  • Renters - Signed copy of current lease agreement
  • Homeowners - Copy of home contract, tax statement, Homestead Exemption card, or mortgage statement

    • The other item can be any of the following examples:
  • July 2011 Utility Bills (telephone, electric, water)
  • Current bank statement
  • Auto insurance card


    • School begins promptly at 8:00am on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 for all students in grades 1-6.

    Kindergarten students do not begin school until Monday, August 15, 2011. During registration, they must schedule a testing session that will take place on August 10, 11, or 12.
